Save your original sales receipt with the relevant manual and keep note of your serial/product numbers. Please note not all products will have a serial number, in these instances please provide the model number. All Razor products do have a serial number.

Making a Warranty Claim

    1. Supply the relevant proof of purchase: a copy of the original invoice or receipt must be included with the defective product (the proof of purchase must contain the purchasing date, the product number, and the name of the dealer). GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure reserves the right to refuse free warranty service and to send the product back at the customer’s cost, should such a definitive proof of purchase be missing.
    2. A precise description of the defect needs to be included with the product.
    3. If the product you are reporting is a Razor product, please supply the serial number.
    4. The customer may either contact a GNM Sales & Distributions (Pty) Ltd dealer who is authorised to distribute the product in question or directly contact GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure at [email protected].
    5. This warranty does not cover transport costs or transport risks resulting from submitting the product to GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure or one of its dealers.

RAZOR PRODUCTS

Electric Scooters
Limited Warranty: This Limited Warranty is the only warranty for the electrical scooters as listed on the 360 Leisure website www.360leisure.co.za.  There is no other express or implied warranty. The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:

    • used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation
    • modified in any way
    • Rented

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tires, tubes or cables, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the Razor products. The manufacturer and GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure are not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of these products. Razor and GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure do not offer an extended warranty.

Non – Electric Scooters
Limited Warranty: This Limited Warranty is the only warranty for the non – electrical scooters as listed on the 360 Leisure website www.360leisure.co.za. The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:

    • used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation
    • modified in any way
    • Rented

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tires, tubes or cables, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the Razor products. The manufacturer and GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure are not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of these products. Razor and GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure do not offer an extended warranty.

 WISHBONE PRODUCTS

Wishbone One
Limited Warranty: The manufacturer warrants to the original owner-user that this product will be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to 24 months from the date of original purchase, whether used. Should manufacturing or material faults become apparent within the warranty period, GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure will repair or replace the product within the geographical area covered by the warranty. The costs of labour and materials will be covered in the case of repair or replacement.

Warranty Conditions

    1. The Product must have been purchased from an approved dealer or distribution partner of Wishbone Golf Ltd.
    2. Defects are eliminated either through repair or replacement at GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure’s discretion. GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure covers the labour and material costs for either repair or replacement. This does not result in an extension of the warranty period. Additionally, this does not result in a refund or reduction of the original purchase price. GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure can only be held liable for losses or damages with regards to the repairing or replacing of a product. Compensation for any other damages is not covered.
    3. Should GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure choose to replace the product, then the replacement product must be identical, of similar kind and/or value.
    4. Any transporting of the product related to the warranty process is done so at the cost and risk of the sender.
    5. This warranty does neither affect the legal consumer rights and the effective and applicable laws of the individual countries, nor the consumer rights against the dealer resulting from the purchase agreement.
    6. Excluded from the warranty are:
      1. regular product maintenance of products, such as cleaning of areas around wheel bearings, front wheel assembly area and folding hinge;
      2. repairs caused by normal or expected wear and tear on parts;
      3. damages or defect caused by improper use of the product including the use of the product for any other than the intended purposes or handling contrary to Wishbone Golf Ltd instructions;
      4. damages or defects caused by improper installation or handling of the product in any way in violation of the technical or safety standards of the country in which the product is used;
      5. damage caused by overloading of the golf cart in excess of the 16 kg maximum load weight permitted;
      6. damages caused by accidents, force, lightning strike, liquid, fire, or any other imponderable risks that GNM Sales & Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A 360 Leisure can neither predict nor influence;
      7. repairs, technical modifications, or maintenance carried out by the customer himself or non-authorised third parties;
      8. improper packaging or handling during transport from the customer. (Please note that proper packaging of products submitted for repairs is the responsibility of the customer); and
      9. defects in systems to which the Wishbone Golf Ltd product is connected and/or any incompatibility with the products of other manufacturers.
